From start to finish, Saturday’s Lewisburg Chocolate Festival was one great day. The weather was superb, the tastings were delicious, and the overall mood was one of jolly and light heartedness.
Sticky Finger Apples once again treated festival goers to the mouth watering Chocolate covered apples, and a few cake pops for that extra sweetness. The lovely Mrs. West Virginia stopped by, speaking of the day’s highlights and apple tastings. We wished her much luck in the upcoming Mrs. America contest, as she would be an excellent representative of our great state.
We had a busy day selling discounted winter merchandise, while also seeing spring items moving quickly off the shelves. Later that evening, we were catching trout on the banks of a quaint and productive nearby spring creek. Lets not even the mention the snow and flooding rains that followed. Spring is here, well, almost here! Thanks to everyone who made this day one to remember 🙂 Til next year’s festival!
