Time is running thin, and so is the water. Low, clear flows with unseasonably warm temperatures have kept the bass looking upwards towards surface flies. The bite has been hot, but it wont last long. The long awaited end to 2020 is on the horizon, and so are colder nights and shortened days. Take advantage while you can and wade the low flows of our backyard river the Greenbrier. We have a few dates available at the end of the month for guided floats on the New and James River, but very difficult to forsee the weather and associated bite that far out in advance. If it stays warm, as forecasted, the surface bite could continue into the first week of November and beyond. Need flies? We got you covered!
